• Massive take up across youth rugby from U12/14/16/18 Girls

U16 DPP

• A fantastic first year of the girls u16 program saw strong numbers take part as we continue to grow the girls game and allow a pathway to further representative right
• Good use of the budget spent on enhancing the experience with exciting innovative training sessions by Surrey coaches at Cobham monthly
• A strong team of coaches and medical team in attendance throughout the program
• The girls received 3 playing opportunities against other counties in February and more than equipped themselves in terms of results

Under 18s

• Another successful year for girls under 18 representative rugby.
• 2 assessments
• 3 training sessions
• 3 playing opportunities
• Budget was delivered and the girls all left having taken part in a very positive playing experience

Under 23s

Tournament will happen over the Easter period

Women

• Working alongside RFU to oversee the Womens Leagues with an active Whatsapp group to aid communication and share ideas.
• Womens Leagues are running at around 80% completion rate across Surrey and local leagues.
• Inner Warrior Series supporting growing clubs

Womens & Girls Target Funding

Lots of plans in place for the season to further grow the Women’s and Girl's sections through innovative playing offers and supporting more referees and coaches within the game.
