The Surrey U18 Girls squad is made up of approx 35 players from across all the clubs and schools in Surrey. They are selected for the Surrey squad via an assessment in October. The Surrey U18 Girls have 3 x training sessions and 3 x playing opportunities against other CBs. Players who have performed well in these fixtures will be nominated for the England Rugby Centre of Excellence - run by Harlequins. U18 Girls who are eligible will also have the opportunity to be assessed by the Scotland, Ireland and Wales Qualified coaches.

The U18's coaches have been at a number of Surrey Cups games across the county spotting players who are invited to attend the assessment.
