The U18's squad is made up of approx 35 players from across all the clubs and schools in Surrey. They are selected for the Surrey squad via an assessment in October. The Surrey U18 boys have 3 x training sessions and 3 x graded games for the London & South East Division. Selectors from LSE nominate players from a number of counties to attend the LSE Divisional Assessment.

The U18's coaches have been at a number of Surrey Cups games across the county spotting players who are invited to attend the assessment.
