Coach Development Evening with Rusty Earnshaw

Come and join Russell Earnshaw for a fun, interactive coach development evening all about creating a positive, player-focused environment where everyone can thrive.

Rusty will share practical ideas on how to:

Insight into Rusty's journey to date: Rusty won the European Cup with Bath, competed and coached with England 7’s, spent three years heading up coach development for the RFU across the talent pathway and coached England U18’s and U20’s with the men and England U18’s with the women. Over the last six years, he has worked across multiple environments (including GB Hockey, the Premier League, the FA, NZ Rugby) and in business (Google and Abbott among others) with a focus on developing people and sustaining success in high-performing teams.
