Surrey Rugby Breach of Player Payments Policy

• Where clubs have declared that they have paid over the threshold for the league or failed to submit a declaration by the deadline they will be notified by the RFU, who will also inform Surrey CB
• Any club that is notified, or if they are found through subsequent investigation to have paid over the threshold for the league, will not be eligible for Surrey Grants/Loans – as referenced here and within the RFU Regulations

Hosting of festivals/cups

• If it is the first year a club has been notified by the RFU, Surrey will provide a warning to the Club committee and inform that if this is repeated in subsequent years, CB support (detailed below) will not be provided
• If a club has repeatedly been notified by the RFU in relation to Regulation 7, they will no longer be able to receive CB opportunities as follows:
  • Hosting Age Grade festival or cup final days
  • Hosting Senior Cup final days
  • No county games
