How it works
Teams will be seeded and split into equal groups of 4/5 teams and play each team within their groups. (3/4 Matches)
There will then be semi-finals for the group winners and the runners up. (done by a draw)
Group winners will enter the Quins Cup and the semi-final winners’ progress to the Quins Cup Finals. (Losing semi-finalists will go to the Stoop Cup final)
Runners up will enter the Twickenham Cup the semi-final winners’ progress to the Twickenham Cup Finals. (Losing semi-finalists will go to the Hampsted Cup final)
Teams finishing in 3rd and 4th place enter the TREDS Festival
