Referees
It is essential to the standard of these end of season festivals, that every club provides a referee for each team they enter.
First Aiders
Each age group should also provide a nominated first aider.
Please make sure Surrey Rugby receives the completed application by the closing date of Monday 17th Feb 2025.
Clubs will then receive a formal invitation from the host clubs (by 28th February) and will also at this point be asked to make immediate payment for their entry (no later than 10th March).
Festival fees have been kept at the same level as in previous years based on £9 per player but at the full squad values.
