Since 2023 season, Surrey Age Grade Discipline have been part of the RFU Alternative Sanction process which sits along side the current sanction table and offers a “child-centric” procedure, based on the RFU core values. It should ideally discipline, mentor guide and educate the age grade player as part of their development. It is important the process helps educate and reduce the chance of reoffending.
