Who can enter

All age groups.

How it works

A return of the traditional 7s format for all county age groups at an end of season tournament on the last day of the regular season
Squads of 13 allowed
Teams will be split into pools and play 3 matches followed by semi-final and finals
Clubs can bid to host the tournament.
