Whenever a Red Card is issued Club secretaries must report to the Discipline Secretary at Surrey Rugby within 48 hours after the match. A player is banned immediately upon being sent off and cannot play again until the matter is dealt with by a discipline panel.  Click here to report a Red Card 

Citings must be made within seven days of the event. The Citing procedure is set out here. It is advisable to contact Surrey's Discipline Secretary as soon as possible if you anticipate making a citing.

Age Grade Discipline: red cards for any player U13 to U18, club, school and Academy should be reported to Caroline Pitt,  CBAGDS then follow Regulation 19 (appendix 6) Age Grade Rugby Disciplinary Procedures.
