Starting a Club
If you wish to set up a new Rugby Club affliated to Surrey Rugby please download, complete and return the application form.
Please send it, along with a Specimen Set of Rules of the Club, to
Upon receipt of the above, the Surrey office will acknowledge and will inform the prospective Club that their application will be considered at the next meeting of the Management Committee, giving the date of this
The Surrey office will then circulate the application form to the Management Committee members to see if anyone has any objection or query regarding the application
If NO objection raised then the application will be considered at the next meeting of the Management Committee.
If there IS an objection then the Officers of the County will investigate and report their findings. The application will then be considered at the next Meeting of the Management Committee
The Management Committee will consider and decide.
The prospective Club will be informed of the decision.
If the affiliation is approved, we will inform the RFU and a GMS record of the club can be established.
