Mixed Ability Rugby

All teams must be of mixed ability no matter how many teams a club is bringing.

Referees

It is essential to the standard of these end of season festivals, that every club provides a referee for each team they enter.

First Aiders

Each age group should also provide a nominated first aider.

Please make sure Surrey Rugby receives the completed application by the closing date of Monday 2nd March 2026

Clubs will then receive a formal invitation from the host clubs (by Monday 9th March) and will also at this point be asked to make immediate payment for their entry (no later than one week before Monday 16th March).

Festival fees have been kept at the same level as in previous years based on £10 per player but at the full squad values.

Agreement to the Conditions

By submitting this form you are agreeing to abide by the conditions above with regard to Mixed Ability, Referees and First Aid.
