Charges are levied for the administration of the Discipline Process.

Case Management Charge (Senior Hearing)	£125
Case Management Charge (two technical Yellow Cards)	£75
Citing	£150
Cases on Papers only	£75
Club failing to advise Surrey Rugby Discipline Secretary of sending off within 48 hours of incident	£50
Club failing to respond to Discipline Secretary by requested date	£50
Club failing to attend confirmed hearing (without good notice or cause)	£125
Club failing to advise Discipline Secretary of outcome of Club’s Youth Discipline Hearing	£50
Please note any cry-offs by players or clubs after 9pm on Monday prior to a Wednesday hearing will incur a £100 fee.
