Danny has been actively involved in community rugby for several years and currently serves as Director of Rugby at Haslemere Community Rugby Club. With first-hand experience of the challenges and opportunities facing grassroots rugby, he is passionate about helping clubs build strong foundations for the future. His focus has always been on creating an environment where clubs can thrive both competitively and as community hubs.

Beyond rugby, Danny is the founder of Strategiq Advisory Group, a consultancy specialising in strategic planning, organisational effectiveness, and governance advisory. With a deep understanding of strategic planning and execution, board governance, leadership and operational strategy, Danny has worked with businesses and community organisations to design and implement frameworks that drive long-term success.
