George Ross

George’s coaching journey started with the Cornish Pirates as a part of their performance analysis team before exploring a career in teaching. Since relocating to London he has held a number of positions from Head of Rugby at Rutlish School, Surrey Senior Women’s Lead Coach, CS Stags 1863 Assistant Coach and more recently he was the Lead Coach for one of Harlequins U16 DPP/PDG sites before moving onto becoming the Director of Rugby at Emanuel School.

He brings a wide ranging experience to the team, with a focus on creating an attacking framework that meshes principles and structures to create favourable mismatches through team play whilst also promoting individual development and brilliance.
