The Head of Women’s Growth & Development is the strategic and operational lead for the female game across
Surrey RFU. The role is responsible for leading, promoting, and developing women’s and girls’ rugby across the
county, increasing participation, strengthening player pathways, and ensuring an inclusive, safe, and sustainable
female rugby environment.
This role acts as the Head of the Female Game for Surrey RFU and is a key link between Surrey Rugby, local
clubs, and the RFU Women’s Game leadership.
