Lead Coach – Chobham RFC Girls Section.
We are looking to recruit a lead coach for our rapidly expanding girls' section.
This role would ideally suit an ambitious coach who is looking for a new challenge of continuing to develop girl's rugby in our club, with the ethos of developing players to their full potential regardless of ability. Candidates would be supported by existing coaches and team management structure. Candidates will ideally hold Level 2 and have experience of coaching a successful team.
Key Responsibilities will be:
Run training sessions for U15 and U18 Girls on Friday evenings and either training or match day coaching for the U18 Girls on Sundays
Oversee the U11 and U13 Girls training
Mentor other coaches involved with the Girl's teams.
Work closely with the Chair of Women & Girls Rugby to assist players in their rugby development.
Develop and execute Pre-Season Plan.

Player Centred – able to get the best out of individuals and create an environment for them to succeed
Commitment to development of players including transition from new to experienced.
