The University of Surrey Rugby Club (Mens) is seeking extra coaches to join it's coaching team for the 2018/19 season due to a coach relocating home abroad.
Essential requirements:
Ability to achieve or already hold a valid enhanced DBS certificate
Experience with U16+ coaching (15-a-side)
A developmental mindset
Attendance at Wednesday afternoon matches 1pm - 4pm
Attendance at Friday evening training 6:30pm - 8pm
Feedback of performance and players to other coaches post session/match
Additional (but not essential) requirements:
Monday evening team sessions 6:30pm - 9:30pm
Input in to selection weekly
Although this position is paid the University's budget for coaching is small. We have ambitions over the next few seasons to grow our team and budget and this may be subject to change (but not guaranteed).
