Academy Head Coach 2021/22

Our Purpose at Farnham RUFC is to provide the best possible rugby experience for our members in an environment that is inclusive, safe and sustainable.

The Aim of our Academy is to provide 65+ U17 & U18 players with an outstanding rugby experience and best in class coaching which fosters a life-long involvement in rugby and engagement with Farnham RUFC.

• -Plan and lead delivery of all training sessions

• -Lead the coaching team at Academy games

• -Lead selection of all Academy teams

• -Lead on regular feedback for all Academy players

• -Liaise with S&C Specialists on programmes for all Academy players

• -Liaise with Farnham Senior, U15's & U16's Coaching Teams

• -Level 3 or aspiring Level 3 Coach

• -Experience of developing teenage rugby players

• -Regular attendee of England Rugby CPD Courses

• -Excellent communication skills

• -1 midweek & 1 Sunday session a week

• -2 seasons

Remuneration/Benefits Package – dependent on experience and qualifications
