Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Surrey Rugby will be held at KCS Old Boys RFC Arthur Road Motspur Park New Malden Surrey KT3 6LX

on

Wednesday 13^th September 2017

at

7.30pm.

The President's Report and the Financial Statement for the year 2016/2017 will be tabled at the meeting.

In accordance with Rule 7.3, each Member Club is entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, as are members of the Surrey Management Committee.

We are also pleased to welcome all Patrons and Vice Presidents who may attend as observers in order that they may hear of the County's activities, but shall have no voting rights.
