A development opportunity for a current player looking to move into coaching or a newly qualified level 2 coach
Purley John Fisher RFC, a club playing in the current Surrey Division 1, are looking for a Backs coach to work with the head coach, Rhodri Lewis to develop the backs skills at the club and tailor them to work within the club's current playing structures.
The position would suit a current player who would be looking to take the first steps in coaching or newly qualified level 2 coach looking to gain hands on experience.
The role requires someone who is relatable, has great people skills, is a good communicator and is a good team player. The candidate should be looking to develop in the role.
Whilst the position is voluntary, the club would be looking to pay out of pocket expenses to cover travel on training nights and match days and any appropriate courses to help develop the candidate's coaching skills.
