Old Blues RFC is seeking a head coach for weekday training and Saturday matchdays in Motspur Park and the surrounding area. The successful candidate will have experience of coaching and playing Rugby Union to a strong level. They will have excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate others.

Who are we?
Founded in 1873, originally composed of former pupils from Christ's Hospital school, Old Blues is one of the country's oldest clubs. The player base consists of a combination of former Christ's Hospital students and players from the local area, ensuring that the club retains its connection to the school while remaining inviting and inclusive to all players. The club has a touring history, travelling annually, and has previously played against teams in the USA, Argentina, Brazil, and many European nations.

The club's 1st XV plays in the competitive Surrey Counties 2 league, striving to play entertaining rugby whilst winning games and bringing through new young players into the side. The 2nd XV plays in the Surrey Conference league, presenting an opportunity for game time to developing and more casual players. Based at Dornan Fields in Motspur Park, the club is well equipped and boasts three rugby pitches, five changing rooms, floodlights, and a clubhouse balcony overlooking the pitches.

Typically training runs 7-9pm on Wednesdays (July – April), with matchdays running from 12-5pm on Saturdays (September – April)
