You may nominate up to 3 players for the U18 Girls County Programme. Please note that there are only 30 places in the squad, so please only nominate those players who you you feel genuinely have the skills to be selected.

This form allows you to nominate up to 3 players, if you wish to nominate more than this then please speak to Andy Dickin, Head Coach on andydickin@hotmail.com

In each case we need the full name and a parental email address for the nominees.

Please check that you are not duplicating nominations with your nominees' club or school.  Players who were part of either the Harlequins CoE, U16 Girls ERDPP or U18 Surrey Squad in 2023.24 should NOT be nominated, they will be nominated by Surrey Rugby.

Do not nominate players who are part of the England Rugby U18 Girls PDG - they are not eligible for the Surrey squad.
