Gavin Bolton

Gavin is currently the Chair of Junior Representative Rugby for Surrey, which means he has overall responsibility for the delivery of the CB’s age grade rugby for girls and boys. This role ensures development and opportunity for players across the county in order to give them every possibility of reaching their potential through multiple pathways.

He represented Sutton and Epsom as a youth as well as Surrey. At U21 level he played for Harlequins He then represented Cobham RFC, Met Police RFC and the British Police Rugby. He currently holds two Honorary Secretary roles for Met Police RFC and England Police Rugby and is a Director at Imber Court Sports Clubs in Esher. He is still playing for the Met Police Team when time allows (or if they are desperate!).

Gavin has been a Police Officer for 22 years and is currently a Chief Inspector in South West London.
